WISH LIST

Are you needing to co-create a sustainable, holistic future?  We are!

Our evolving vision is to create a functional, holistic, multi-generational permaculture community utilizing organic food production, shared decision making, possible income/expense sharing, alternative technology, and a meaningful, low-impact lifestyle for all members.  We are wanting diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, diet, spirituality, and personality.  We are pursuing outreach and educational endeavors within the local greater community.  We want to co-create right livelihood for ourselves through small sustainable businesses and enterprises that further sustainability and awareness in meaningful ways.  We want a healthy, dynamic, low-impact, sustainable, loving community.

We are co-creating this vision right now, by carefully carving out a low-impact settlement on 92 acres, and at our in-town site by  implementing sustainable technologies like rain catchment and solar, building organic gardens and planting trees, raising hens for eggs, working locally, minimizing car use, networking with locals, eating locally, and inviting others to join us.  We are becoming more sustainable, cohesive and ecologically responsible daily.

We have realized in our individual community efforts just how difficult a project as vast and revolutionary as intentional community really is.  It takes real, long-term, hard-core dedication to other people, their needs, the land, and your own deep personal journey of transformation.  It ain't easy!  It can be a very painful, excruciating process, but the rewards and transformations that happen are what life is really about.  This is about changing the dominant culture of extreme consumerism, environmental degradation, privatization of everything, etc, into a life of holistic unity between people and a sustainable, functional, abundant life of homegrown food, deep friendships, shared days and nights, storytelling, shared child-care, self/community sufficiency and so much more.  It takes immense amounts of courage, honesty, hard work, communication, and selflessness.  We all have a long way to go.  We invite you whole-heartedly to consider the intensity of real community life and contact us if you desire this revolution.  We would love for open-minded, hard-working, diverse people to dedicate themselves to planetary and self-transformation with us in the rich world we've found of community living.  You're welcome to live your life with us or just come for a short term visit, please call or email us first.
